Its scissor operation allows for maximum ventilation. On the outside, fusion welded vinyl construction withstands the harshest weather conditions and with an Estate or Heritage awning window, the inside is framed with beautiful Eastern Canadian pine. High performance weather-stripping and cam locking hardware are included, with the exception of the Supreme, which comes with a multi-point lock. Options include decorative grills and energy-saving glass features like LoE, LoE/Argon and Energlas®.

The awning window can be offered in three selected types:

Heritage and Estate awning windows blend the warmth and aesthetic appeal of Eastern Canadian Pine on the interior with the rugged performance and protection of vinyl on the exterior. Our awning window style is designed for easy operation and excellent ventilation, while providing security and cutting-edge energy efficiency. Stylish hardware and grill options also allow you to add those custom designer touches to your awning windows.

3. Select Awning

Here’s a different look for your home or building, wrapped in a familiar package. The Select Awning is designed for anyone looking for Peter Kohler’s standard of engineering in a traditional awning window with cam locks and scissor operation for maximum ventilation.
